For Diggers
Two minutes to your first Ember
Unearth is a world, not an offer wall. Projects open dig sites on the map, Diggers run their quests and scavenge the Embers buried there, at no cost to themselves. The map itself grows as people dig.
Look around
The whole map is open to browse. No sign-up wall, no wallet, no download.
Work a dig site
Open a live dig site and run its quest. Your first one, Report to the Terminal, takes about two minutes.
Unlock the world
Embers unlock characters and ranks for you. Quests cleared by everyone bring locked sectors back online.
The crew
Same characters, same ranks
Unearth is set in the M.E.I world. Your Digger file uses its roster and rank ladder, from Scavenger up to Mei.

FAQ
Questions Diggers ask
What is Unearth?
Unearth is a living world map set in the M.E.I world. Projects open dig sites on the map, and each dig site is a quest. Diggers explore the map, run those quests and earn Embers, which unlock characters, ranks and new sectors.
Is Unearth free to play?
Yes. Digging is free and there is nothing to buy. You can browse the whole map without signing up; you only sign in to keep your progress.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. You can start without a wallet. Some partner dig sites may ask you to connect one for their own rewards, and each says so up front.
What are Embers?
Embers are participation points you scavenge by completing quests. They unlock characters and ranks on your Digger file. Embers have no cash value, are not a security and cannot be redeemed for money.
How do locked sectors open?
Sectors come back online as the network grows. Quests cleared by all Diggers together count toward unlocking the next sector, so the map keeps expanding.
Running a brand or a project?
Open a dig site on the map and your launch becomes a place people explore, not an ad they scroll past. You get a read-out of who completed it and who came back.
